Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once the order has been placed.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup/delivery may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If we make a mistake with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order, and we will work to resolve the issue.
- We are not responsible for damages after the product leaves our premises or is delivered. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction related to personal preference.
- To reschedule your pickup date, please email us at least 48 hours in advance.
